On Sunday September 5th we invite you to come to our "9th Growth Covenant Sunday," of the year. These Growth Covenant Sundays are specifically designed to welcome guests to L.W.C.

At 10:30 am Pastor Clark will be speaking and at 6:00 pm we welcome you to come and watch a special DVD movie presentation called; "The Secret Life of Johnathan Sperry." The film deals with how much impact one person can have on others. This is a powerful movie that you do not want to miss!

Special music for the morning will be from Carol Thomas.

As always, our guest are not responsible to contribute in anyway financially in our offerings. Your visit comes without any financial obligations whatsoever.

We are really excited to announce that our Students have just begun their preparations of the musical, "Esther-Ordinary Faith."

The musical deals with the extraordinary life of the Biblical character Esther and will feature music and drama from our students. They will be practicing each Sunday morning in the S.M.R. (Student Ministries Room) a room specfically designed and equiped for the Students.

We are really looking forward to seeing this musical from our students in early 2011!!

On Sunday July 11th, 3 months of work culminated with our students presentation of their "Tabernacle."

Under the direction of Millie Soares along with help from Mike Wynne, the students created an "Old Testament Tabernacle."

Millie coordinated the effort and spent countless hours working with the students. Drawing on his Jewish roots, Mike created a Torah and also wore a priestly robe.

The Students, sang and danced and brought their Tabernacle in a procession down the main isle of the church.

We thank Millie, Mike and all the students for this work and this unique service.
